GLP-1 receptor agonists
Semaglutide (Ozempic, Rybelsus, Wegovy), orforglipron (Foundayo, a once-daily pill), liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda and generics), dulaglutide (Trulicity).
Dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist
Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound). Often grouped with GLP-1s, but it acts on two receptors.
Type 2 diabetes products
Ozempic, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Victoza, Trulicity. Coverage and savings programs differ from the weight-management brands.
Weight-management products
Wegovy (injection and pill), Zepbound, Foundayo, Saxenda. Many insurance plans and Medicare cover these differently from diabetes products.

Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and VA: manufacturer copay cards and many manufacturer self-pay offers exclude government-insured patients, so check with your plan or pharmacist before assuming a price above applies to you.
Medicare GLP-1 Bridge: from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, eligible Medicare Part D enrollees can get Wegovy (pen or pill), Zepbound KwikPen or Foundayo for a $50 monthly copay when it's prescribed for weight management. BMI and health criteria apply, and your prescriber submits a prior authorization to Medicare's central processor. The $50 doesn't count toward your Part D deductible or out-of-pocket limit. Zepbound vials and single-dose pens aren't included, and Ozempic and Mounjaro prescribed for diabetes stay under your regular Part D plan.
