Manuel has spent nearly 30 years in community and retail pharmacy, translating clinical research into practical, day-to-day guidance for patients and colleagues alike. That hands-on experience — thousands of counseling conversations, drug interaction checks, and formulary questions — is what shaped RxEvidence.com: a tool built around the questions pharmacists actually ask, not the ones a textbook assumes.
He is currently an MPH candidate with a focus on immunization strategy and opioid-overdose prevention, bringing a public-health lens to the evidence he curates — especially around vaccine guidance, harm reduction, and population-level medication safety.
